How To Make Matcha With Passionfruit Jelly

✔ Ingredients:

‹ Passionfruit Jelly ›

- BOBA EMPIRE passionfruit syrup 20cc
- BOBA EMPIRE konjac powder 15g
- Hot water 220cc

- BOBA EMPIRE matcha powder 2g
- Warm water 300cc
- BOBA EMPIRE winter melon syrup 30cc
- Ice

✔ Directions:

1. Mix 220cc hot water with 20cc passionfruit syrup and 15g konjac powder.
  Let it cool completely,cover it then put in the fridge.
  Chill overnight and ready for use.
2. Mix 2g matcha powder with 300cc warm water,then add 30cc winter melon syrup and stir well.
3. Pour passionfruit jelly into the cup and add ice.
4. Pour matcha into the cup to full.

A cup of matcha with passionfruit jelly is ready to serve.
