How to Make Aurora Ai-yu Jelly Lemonade

✔ Ingredients:

‹ Ai-yu jelly ›

- BOBA EMPIRE Ai-yu jelly powder 20g
- Hot water 240cc

- BOBA EMPIRE Aurora powder 15g
- Room temperature water 250cc
- Honey 60cc
- Fresh lemon juice 30cc
- Ice

✔ Directions:

1. Mix 240cc hot water with 20g Ai-yu jelly powder.Let it cool completely,cover it then put in the fridge.Chill overnight and ready for use.
2. Mix 15g aurora powder with 200cc room temperature water.
3. Cut Ai-yu jelly in half then pour into the cup.
4. Mix 50cc water with 50cc honey,and pour into the cup.
5. Pour ice into the cup to 50% full.
6. Mix 30cc aurora water with 30cc lemon juice and 10cc honey then pour in the cup to make the layers.
7. Final pour aurora water to full.

A cup of aurora Ai-yu jelly lemonade is ready to enjoy.
